My name is Sharon Pitman and I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Counsellor. I work with people of all ages who may be experiencing challenges managing life issues right through to understanding and processing trauma. I work with individuals, couples and families. I am passionate about equipping, supporting and encouraging people to maximise their quality of life. I enjoy working with individuals to identify how best to achieve this for them personally. I work from a holistic perspective, identifying strengths and building upon these strengths to raise the level of resilience. This helps us all to cope better with life’s challenges.
